Our Mission

We believe that Kingdom ministry begins with who someone is becoming in Christ. Catalyst645 provides personal coaching to help the pastor or ministry leader develop the tools to build their personal structure of spiritual formation during the ever-changing seasons of life and ministry.

Personal Coaching

We provide one to one coaching for pastors and ministry leaders. Coaching can be tailored from the first time pastor or ministry leader to those with ministry experience looking to refine and deepen their wholistic relationship with the Lord. The purpose of coaching is to help equip the individual with the tools needed to find his or her rhythm of loving God no matter the season of life. A Catalyst Coach is not a “ministry coach”, rather a third-party advocate to solely engage the spiritual formation of the pastor or ministry leader.
