Coaching
A catalyst is a substance of intervention that speeds up a reaction between two other substances. In other words, the two substances will eventually react in their engagement of one another. The addition of a short term catalyst enhances their reaction to see and understand the potential between the two.
A Catalyst Coach offers the same purpose. Entering into a new season of life and ministry, though exciting, comes with its own set of challenges. It can be easy to neglect one's personal relationship with the Lord in a new season even when he or she knows it is of utmost importance. A Catalyst Coach is a third-party advocate whose goal is to walk through a transition with the pastor or ministry leader as he or she finds their new rhythm of loving God a new season of life and ministry. A Catalyst Coach is not a professional counselor, ministry advisor, or personal physical trainer. The goal for a Catalyst Coach is to help equip the individual with the tools needed to find his or her rhythm of loving God, using this current season to prepare for the transition to the next.

The Pathway
The Catalyst645 Pathway is a six month process where a Catalyst Coach will help you discover and establish a rhythm of wholistic connection with God in your season of life. The pathway, including accountability, encouragement, and challenge, is designed to help the Leader understand and establish his or her own approach to loving God with their mind, spirit, and body. When completed, he or she will be equipped with the tools for ongoing spiritual formation through the changes of life and ministry. All coaching will be one on one video calls with a trained Catalyst Coach.
